ATM Users

If you did not receive your money, or the ATM only partially dispensed your cash, the network will automatically correct the transaction within 2 hours of when it occurred. 
In the unlikely event that the network did not auto-correct the transaction, please fill out as much detail below as possible so that we can investigate & trace the transaction.
Note: You can also go to your bank and have them initiate a trace request on that particular transaction.
